As an amateur rugby player with more than a decade’s experience in construction sales, Kestrel’s new business development manager Dan Addley is used to a conversion.

Based in Warrrington, Dan is working with Kestrel customers across the North West and North Wales and has wasted no time in getting back on the road.

“I have worked in construction for over 10 years and am really familiar with Kestrel products, which have a well-earned reputation for quality and reliability” Dan said.

“The Kestrel team are really helpful and knowledgeable, so it’s been an easy transition to make. I’m enjoying getting out to meet customers and look forward to working with them to grow their businesses.”

Outside of work Dan plays rugby for Eagle in his hometown of Warrington which he describes as ‘a rugby union side in the heartland of rugby league’ and takes to the hills on his mountain bike.

“I love heading to the Trans Penine Trail or a nearby reservoir with my bike,” Dan explained. “My only problem is that between rugby and mountain biking, I’m always covered in brusies!”

Kestrel sales and marketing director Owen Thorogood welcomed Dan to the team. He said: “With Dan’s knowledge of the sector, Kestrel products and the North West, despite being an ‘Eagle’ we are sure he will soar at Kestrel.”
