Kestrel distributor flows into rainwater range

Leading building products distributor Plastic Building Supplies (PBS) has become the latest large-scale stockist of the Kayflow rainwater range.

Norwich-based PBS has long stocked the Kestrel roofline range, and general manager Mark Hobson explained that adding Kayflow was a natural next step.

He said: “We’ve been stocking Kestrel for more than 20 years and it has proved to be very popular with our customers.

“Kayflow is designed to work with the Kestrel range, so we know that we will have a good uptake of the rainwater goods.”

PBS has built a reputation for deep stock levels, across all ranges, meaning that customers can get the products they need, when they need them.

Mark said: “The way we see it, if you don’t stock it, you can’t sell it. The larger developers will order in advance, but more and more customers expect to be able to pick up what they need same day. If you don’t have the stock they will go elsewhere.”

The Kayflow range consists of PVC-U gutters and downpipes in a number of different options including round, square, ogee, deep flow and cast iron effect for more traditional properties.

Kestrel sales and marketing director Simon Reynolds said: "PBS are one of the most professional distributors of PVC building materials in the UK and we know that the Kayflow brand will be well managed in this region.

“PBS will strengthen our service offering in their area, allowing our sales team to offer a complete solution to contractors and developers.”

Along with a rainwater range, Kayflow offers underground drainage as well as a soil and waste products.
