Kestrel Support Helps New Business Take Off

A new plastic building products supplier in Manchester has been given a flying start thanks to the backing of Kestrel.

The leading UPVC roofline and cladding manufacturer has taken Fineline Plastics under its wing as the start-up seeks to create a name for itself in the area

Kestrel sales and marketing director Simon Reynolds said: “Partnering with our distributor Magden, we’ve been delighted to support Fineline Plastics as they start what looks to be a really promising business.

“The directors setting up Fineline Plastics have a wealth of experience in the installation industry. They’ve carefully researched the location and have chosen a great position for their new venture.”

Fineline Plastics stocks the entire Kestrel range of UPVC roofline, cladding and fascia boards as well as the Kayflow rainwater range along with other building plastics aimed at both the trade and DIY customer, supplied through Magden.

Matthew Fisher, who has worked in fenestration and roofline installation for 24 years, has partnered Brian Collard to set up the Worsley-based firm.

Matthew explained why they had chosen to launch their business with Kestrel products.

“We know that our reputation will be built to a large extent on the quality of products that we sell as well as the service provided,” he said. “Kestrel offers that quality through its wide range of roofline, fascia and cladding products in a good variety of finishes.”

Along with focusing on quality products and their knowledge of the industry, Fineline Plastics been set up with a prime location on the East Lancashire Road between Manchester and Liverpool.

Matthew said:

“Around 50,000 vehicles pass this site everyday, so the location is second to none. “To make things as easy as possible for customers we also offer online ordering through the website finelineplastics.co.uk, and deliveries to site as well as a pick up service.”
