Kestrel's new nifty shade of grey

With the trend for anthracite grey windows and bi-folding doors, Kestrel is now offering installers a smooth solution in trims.

The manufacturer of fascias, soffits and cladding is launching a Smooth Anthracite Grey range of window trims.

Owen Thorogood, sales and marketing director for Kestrel said: “The trend for anthracite grey windows and doors is increasing with the growing demand for bi-folding doors.

“We’ve developed these new product lines in direct response to customer demand for a strong and long-lasting trim that works with aluminium as well as UPVC.”

Kestrel has a longstanding range of smooth and grained window trims, with finishes including Brilliant White, Dove White, Creamgrain, Mahogany, Irish Oak, Blackgrain, Sherwood and Rosewood as well as grained Anthracite Grey.

“Reliability is our watchword at Kestrel, so we’ve taken time in developing the Smooth Anthracite Grey trims to make sure they meet the standards our customers expect,” Owen added.

“For instance, while the new trims are smooth rather than grained, we have gone for a foiled finish to ensure greater colour longevity.”

As with other Kestrel foiled products, the new Smooth Anthracite Grey window trim range comes with a 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee.
