Kestrel, one of the largest global manufacturers of PVC-U/PVC-UE roofline and cladding products has furthered its commitment to staff development by creating a new touch screen induction and training system. The new system is designed to enhance employee skills ultimately creating a safer and better working environment, delivering greater quality to customers.

Scott Sinclair, Production Services Manager said of the new system: "We created this training method to provide an exciting new way of efficiently educating and assessing operative skills, as well as enhancing their understanding of key safety and quality criteria.
